Terms of Service
These Terms govern the current Beerlicity account-testing experience and describe the rules that will also inform future surveys, tasks, rewards and payout services when those services are actually enabled.
1. Eligibility and supported locations
The final minimum age and supported-country rules for public reward participation have not yet been set. Beerlicity will publish them before real rewards or payouts are enabled. Users under 13 are not permitted to create an account. Where law or a future provider requires a higher age or additional eligibility condition, that rule will apply before the relevant service is made available.
Creating a pre-launch test account does not mean that offers, rewards or payouts are available in your location.
2. Accounts
Current accounts are pre-launch test accounts. You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure and use only your own account. Unless Beerlicity expressly permits otherwise, one natural person may maintain one account.
When you create an account through the current registration flow and accept the Terms, Privacy Policy and Rewards Rules, Beerlicity records the accepted policy versions and a server-generated acceptance timestamp. This record is separate from the reward Ledger.
3. What is live now
Live for testing: account creation, email verification, sign-in, sign-out and password recovery.
Demo or not live: offer-provider tracking, earned Pints, reward validation, Missing Pints delivery to support, payout processing and real-money redemption. Demo balances, demo history, demo support cases and demo cash-out actions do not create a financial claim against Beerlicity.
4. Surveys, tasks, offers and third parties
Provider names and offers shown in the current demo are examples used to test the user experience and do not by themselves represent an active public partnership, approval or payable integration. When live providers are configured, Beerlicity will identify the provider, material tracking expectations and relevant third-party terms before a user leaves Beerlicity where appropriate.
A displayed or started future offer will not guarantee eligibility or a reward. Provider inventory, screening, validation and location rules may apply.
5. Pints, Pending and Available
Pints are Beerlicity reward units. In the current demo they are simulated locally and have no cash value. The displayed demo conversion is an interface example, not a production promise.
When real rewards are enabled, qualifying activity may first appear as Pending and become Available only after required validation. Future corrections for duplicate credits, technical errors, provider reversals or invalid activity must preserve an auditable history rather than silently changing what happened.
6. Fair play and prohibited conduct
Do not manipulate, falsify, automate or interfere with Beerlicity accounts, offers or tracking; use bots, scripts, click farms, fabricated or stolen identities; create duplicate accounts; abuse referrals; exploit bugs; or attempt to compromise Beerlicity or third-party systems.
Legitimate privacy/security tools are not automatically treated as fraud. A future provider may still be unable to validate an offer if a VPN, proxy or location-changing technology prevents required eligibility checks.
7. Security, verification and review
Beerlicity may use proportionate security and anti-abuse measures for test accounts and, later, for reward or payout activity. A shared household, IP address, workplace, school, hotel or carrier network is not by itself proof of fraud. Sensitive actions may require re-authentication or additional review.
8. Cash Out (The Till)
Real cash out is not enabled. No production payout minimum, payout method, fee or processing time is currently being offered. Those details will be published and shown before a real redemption can be submitted. Demo cash-out actions are simulations only.
Taxes
No real reward payment is currently being made through the demo. If real rewards are introduced, users will remain responsible for taxes that legally apply to them except where Beerlicity is required to collect, withhold, report or remit amounts.
Intellectual property
Beerlicity software, visual design, branding, text, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and changes
Pre-launch features may change while Beerlicity is tested. Future offers, rewards, exchange values, providers, eligibility criteria and payout methods may also change before or after launch, subject to applicable law and any rights attached to rewards actually earned under then-current rules.
9. Suspension and account closure
You may stop using a test account and, once the account-data controls are fully connected, request closure through the published account process. Beerlicity may restrict an account for security threats, material rule violations or suspected abuse. Where appropriate, a reason and review route should be available.
Disclaimers and liability
The pre-launch service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Beerlicity does not guarantee a particular offer, future reward amount or launch date. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing law and disputes
A final governing-law and forum clause has not yet been designated for the public reward service. It will be published before real rewards or payouts are enabled. This pre-launch wording does not override mandatory rights or legal protections that apply to a user.
11. Changes to these Terms
Beerlicity may update these Terms as account testing, providers, rewards, payouts or legal requirements develop. The “Last updated” date and policy version will change when material terms change, and additional notice or consent will be used where legally required.
12. Operator and contact
The final legal operator identity, business address, support contact and privacy contact are not yet published. Beerlicity will publish those details before opening the real reward/payout service to the public. The current in-site Help Desk is a demo flow and is not a live support inbox.
