Rewards & Payout Rules
This page explains what the current demo means and the reward-state rules Beerlicity intends to preserve when real provider integrations are enabled.
1. Pints in the current demo
Pints shown in Demo Mode are simulated reward points stored locally in the browser. They are not tied to the signed-in test account, are not legal tender or stored value, and cannot currently be exchanged for real money or goods.
The displayed demo example of 1,000 Pints = $1.00 is an interface-testing value only. It is not a promise of a future production exchange rate.
2. Demo offers and providers
Offer names and provider names currently shown are examples used to test the Beerlicity experience. They do not by themselves mean that a provider has approved Beerlicity, that an integration is live, or that the displayed offer can generate a payable conversion.
3. Pending
In the future production reward flow, a qualifying tracked activity may enter Pending while completion, eligibility and tracking are validated. Pending Pints are not redeemable.
4. Available
Only validated rewards may become Available. Future provider reversals, duplicate credits, chargebacks, technical errors or invalid activity may require a correction, with the history preserved in Earnings History (The Ledger).
5. Cash Out (The Till)
Real Cash Out is not enabled. Beerlicity has not yet published a production payout minimum, payout method, fee or processing time. Those details will be shown before any real redemption can be submitted. Current Cash Out screens are simulations only.
6. No guaranteed earnings
When live offers are introduced, Beerlicity will not guarantee that every patron qualifies for an offer, receives a fixed number of offers, earns a particular amount, or receives the advertised completion reward merely because an offer was displayed or started.
7. Survey screen-outs
Future survey participation may involve eligibility screening. Starting or partially answering a survey will not guarantee the advertised completion reward unless the applicable provider/offer specifically promises a screen-out or partial reward.
8. Missing Pints and disputes
The current Missing Pints interface is a demo flow. Demo claims are stored only in the browser and are not sent to a live support inbox. Before real rewards launch, Beerlicity will connect a real support route and explain what evidence, timing and provider review may be required.
9. Expiration
No production Pint-expiration rule has been adopted because real Pints are not yet active. Any future expiry or inactivity rule will be disclosed before it applies and must comply with applicable law.
10. Reversals and review
Future reward reversals or payout reviews must preserve an auditable history and should not treat a shared IP, household, workplace, school, hotel or carrier network as automatic proof of fraud. Material decisions should include a meaningful reason and review route where appropriate.
